Nick Woodhams
Elizabeth Woodhams
Nick and Elizabeth founded Seguida after a frustrating experience at Woodhams Relocation Centre, where poor training on a new phone system left them struggling. “It wasn’t the technology that failed us—it was the lack of user-friendly training,” Nick recalls. This inspired them to create Seguida, focusing on empowering users with the right support and training to make technology accessible and effective. Their mission is to bridge the gap between technical solutions and customer experience, ensuring every user feels confident and capable.
